So far, excellent. Transparent, efficient, and what stood out most was their willingness to help. I’m genuinely excited to have found this company. In luxury clothing, working with someone trustworthy is everything.
I also asked for my laundry back by the end of the day if possible, and received it at 2 p.m. If that’s not a five out of five experience, I’m not sure what is.

In the South Bay, Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet really stands out for both convenience and quality. They’re available three days a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — which makes managing a wardrobe much easier.
The quality is noticeable right away. You can feel the difference when you touch your clothes and put them on, and there’s no typical dry-cleaning odor — something many cleaners still have due to older solvents. Everything feels clean, fresh, and properly cared for, similar to the difference between good-quality food and something processed.
They are not cheap, but they are worth it. If your wardrobe is important to you and you wear nice clothes, Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet comes highly recommended.

Alex's dry cleaning valet is top-tier, quality service! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Scheduling was easy, pickup and delivery were right on time, and the communication was clear throughout.

This place is da bomb! I go to a lot of galas and my gowns need special care, and they deliver. If you have an expensive gown, do not take it anywhere else, they’ll destroy it, but not Alex. They are experts in high end gowns and delicate fabrics. I’m so thrilled with their services, there are not enough stars to give them. Did I mention that they drop off your lovely gowns in your home? Stay still my heart. When you arrive ask for Mayra. She’s so kind and so attentive I thought she owned the place. Please folks at Alex Valet, give this woman a raise already! Love it. This is the pic of my gown. It is a bear to clean but they delivered.

Alex's never disappoints. I had two high-priced white linen jackets that had small spots that had aged over several years into brown. I did the unthinkable and tried to treat them myself, which only caused the spots to darken. I sent them to Alex's and they both came out like new. I've used Alex's for upholstery fabrics also. They're the best.

Do not go any where else to get your dry cleaning done! Hands down the most convenient, quickest, and best way to get your quality clothes taken care of. I have a suit that needs to be cleaned a particular way and I’ve gone to every wedding looking immaculate as a result of Alex’s Dry Cleaning!

They take such good care of your garments and the customer service and communication is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Alex's puts some of the top dry cleaners who work with luxury fashion houses in NYC to shame. Their attention to detail is incredible. My items come back looking like I just bought them. Worth. I have been using Alex's Dry Cleaning Valet for a few years now. They always deliver and pick-up on time. The professional quality of their cleaning is amazing. Your clothes will smell clean - not perfumed! They pay great attention to detail and always honor any requests. I have had cushion covers and curtains clean by them as well and they came out beautiful! I cannot recommend them enough.

In addition, the owners, Alex and Roxanne, as well as all of their staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. In airline service, you have coach, business class, and first class. The Alex’s experience would be comparable to first class on the best airline in the world.

I’m very satisfied with the quality and service by Alex’s Dry Cleaning! They make it so convenient to get your dry cleaning done on your schedule and in a timely manner (usually same day). You just go on their app and schedule a pick up for the next morning, leave your clothing outside in their dedicated laundry bag, and they’ll pick up/clean/deliver it back to you. You can also add special instructions for each article of clothing on the app.
I’ve been using them for 2.5 years now for both dry cleaning and alterations. They cater to high end clothing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my designer suits, shirts, etc. I recently sent in a peacoat that was pilling and they restored it like it was brand new! Couldn’t be more happy with their work
