Is pickup and delivery free in every region?
Free pickup and delivery is included with a $75 order minimum in San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, and the East Bay. Wine Country (Napa, Sonoma, St. Helena) carries a $300 service minimum, or a $75 delivery charge each way.
